Meditation working group
Basics - exercises - conversation
with Christoph Hueck
Thursdays, 5:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m., weekly (except school holidays)
Location: Rudolf Steiner House / Fichtesaal, Zur Uhlandshöhe 10, 70188 Stuttgart

The working group teaches the basics of anthroposophical meditation. How do you find the way to your inner spiritual sources? How can one understand this path and what exercises are there for it? How can you achieve imaginative insights yourself? And to what extent does a meditative path of knowledge also mean further development of one's own personality? We develop various exercises, practice them together and discuss our experiences. The working group is open to anyone interested.

Please let me know in advanceRegistration and appointment confirmation.
Online text work and meditation
Ongoing online seminar on Rudolf Steiner's 'Theosophy' and anthroposophical meditation
withChristoph Hueck
Wednesdays, 8:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. If you are interested, get in touch here then you will receive a zoom link.

We are currently working on the 3rd chapter "The Three Worlds" from Rudolf Steiner's basic work "Theosophy" and will then practice a meditation exercise from Steiner's "How do you gain knowledge of the higher worlds?" Both writings were written at the same time in 1904/05 in the middle of Rudolf Steiner's biography and complement each other.

Anthroposophical meditation is a systematic method of inner, mental and spiritual training. It leads to a deeper experience of the content that one deals with in meditation. These can be impressions of natural objects, feelings, thoughts, sayings and mantras, biographical and social situations, etc. This deeper experience is achieved through concentrated practice of the soul's abilities of perceiving, imagining, feeling and willing.

Participation is free,Donate are however desired.
